Business on Board
The On-board business group is a group of adults with learning disabilities getting together to plan and set up social enterprises or their own new projects. Group members receive training on how to run a business including start up, marketing, office procedures, equipment, services etc. Have a look below at the ideas the group are currently working onThe group is working on setting up a travel training enterprise and a festival of music, games and various activities to take place in Markfield Park in the future.
Travel Training
Markfield support adults with learning disabilities to travel independently, using a well established training programme and trained and experienced staff. The On-Board business group are currently setting up a training enterprise to offer accredited training to travel trainers. Watch this space for news of the launch of this training!
Markfield Music Festival
The On-Board business group are planning a festival of music, games and various activities to take place in Markfield Park in the future
